Also for use in conditions where chemical spillage may be encountered. Typical situations could be met in refineries, electroplating works and chemical plants.
Conbextra BB is a ready to use cementitious grout supplied in 25 kg moisture resistant bags. It has been formulated specifically for grouting of bridge bearings and parapet post baseplates. The dry powder is a blend of Portland cements, graded silica sands and additives to which only a controlled amount of clean water is added in situ to produce a highly flowable, non shrink grout.

Unimatch is a single component, structural grade repair mortar, based on the latest polymer cement technology, which is suitable for the repair of damaged, honeycombed or spalled concrete. It is highly waterproof and exhibits good build characteristics. It can be used in vertical, overhead and other difficult areas of repair without the use of primers, special lightweight aggregates or support.
Tiefill is a single component, polymer modified, fibre reinforced, Portland cement based repair compound, which exhibits unique hydraulic properties to produce a rapid curing mortar with enhanced polymer properties. The product is supplied as a single component system requiring only the addition of clean water to give a rapid setting, yet durable high strength mortar. It is ideally suited for the filling of voids particularly in new construction which need to be rapidly put into service, such as tie-holes, grout holes and voids around fixings.
Cebex 100 is an admixture for site batched cementitious grouts where a reduced water/cement ratio and positive expansion is required. Applications include bed grouting, duct grouting, non-shrink infilling and jointing.
Auramol H15 is a specially formulated synthetic-based mould oil, having release properties which are superior to those of a conventional mould oil. Auramol H15 is supplied as a pale straw colour liquid ready for direct application. In addition to preventing adhesion of the cement matrix to the formwork, Auramol H15 allows air, which would otherwise be trapped, to escape from the surface during placing and vibration. This air release property minimises surface blemishes and results in a substantial reduction in remedial costs.
Cleaning and etching agent. For the removal of mortar and plaster runs, droppings and stains from brickwork and concrete surfaces. Also for removal of hardened concrete from tools, machinery and equipment, or rust and mill scale from steelwork.
Steel Reinforcement Protector 841 is for providing a corrosion preventative, flexible coating to steel reinforcement prior to the application of the relevant Flexcrete repair mortars. Forms a highly alkaline coating with a degree of elasticity which not only protects the steel from aggressive acid gases, moisture and chlorides, but passivates the steel surface chemically to prevent further rust formation.
