RIW Cavity Drainage Membrane is an internal tanking cavity drainage membrane system used to collect water entering the basements and sub-structures and channel it to a sump or collection point for disposal. RIW Cavity Drainage Membrane is a 1mm thick high density polyethylene drain board with 20mm studs used in situations where site conditions or structural design make it difficult or impossible to use traditional tanking methods.
RIW Cementflex is a two component, cement based, polymer rich and flexible waterproof coating with excellent adhesion to prepared concrete and masonry substrates. When mixed, it exhibits a good degree of thixotropy to enable ease of application by brush or spray techniques to give an even finish with no sagging even in vertical situations. It hydrates to form a durable, highly alkaline, permanently elastomeric coating which not only protects the concrete, or other substrates, from water penetration and carbon dioxide diffusion, but also accommodates movement in cracks. The elastomeric flexible waterproof coating maintains its flexibility under permanent immersion and when exposed externally.
This is a fast setting material based on a potable water approved natural cement, it is an environmentally friendly, fast setting, water stopping material that at 20ºc starts to set in 90 seconds and is totally set in 2½ minutes.It is also Reg.31 approved for contact with drinking water. WATERSTOP only requires to be added to water and mixed for two minutes (see mixing instructions for further details) and provides a waterproof barrier. It can be used in cold & wet conditions, sets under water and from a minimum of 1 mm can be, if required, built up layer on layer to any thickness.
Self-adhesive bituminous membrane for waterproofing structures below ground level
Preprufe® Pre-applied Waterproofing Membranes are unique multi-layered composite waterproofing sheets made from a thick solar reflective HDPE film, a highly aggressive pressure sensitive adhesive and a weather resistant protective coating that allows freshly poured concrete to fully adhere to the membrane to prevent water tracking. Unlike some conventional membranes that are vulnerable to water penetration at junctions and penetrations, the unique Preprufe® seal with the concrete prevents any entry or migration of moisture around the structure from hydrostatic pressure or ground contamination.
Preprufe® 800PA is a cold-applied, self-adhesive waterproofing membrane, composed of a reinforced cross laminated HDPE film, and a synthetic non-bituminous adhesive. Preprufe 800PA incorporates the Preprufe Advanced Bond Technology™.
Servitite is a specially formulated PVC, internally cast, heavy duty waterstop system manufactured in a range of sizes and grades for use in reinforced concrete structures. Servitite is cast into the centre of the concrete member where it provides resistance against high hydrostatic pressure from both faces.
Bituthene® 4000/ 4000S is a flexible waterproof membrane combining a high performance cross laminated, HDPE carrier film with a unique super sticky self-adhesive rubber bitumen compound.
Bituthene® 8000/ 8000S combines the proven Bituthene adhesive technology with a unique, grey coloured carrier film to provide superior performance and easier installation. Bituthene 8000/ 8000S is extremely tough but any accidental damage which would otherwise be missed, is made visible by the black compound showing through the light grey film.
