Sika 1 Pre Bagged Structural Waterproofing System

Sika 1 mortars are prebatched kiln dried blends of specially graded aggregates and cements packaged in 4 grades at the appropriate mix ratios for optimum application performance and durability. When mixed with the diluted Sika 1 liquid waterproofing admixture they provide the multicoat components for the structural waterproofing and waterproof render systems.

Sika 1 is an aqueous solution containing complex collodial silicates. In the presence of water these swell and block the capillaries and pores in the applied sand/cement renders, screeds and mortar to provide an effective barrier against the transmission of liquid water.

Ronacrete Monoplug Rapid Water Stop

Monoplug Rapid Water Stop is used to stop the flow of water seeping or running
through concrete or brickwork and other building surfaces.
Supplied as a fine powder it is mixed with water to produce a putty or dough-like
consistency which can be kneaded and shaped by hand. It must be hand mixed
close to the area of use and is only used in small volume.
Once mixed the material will harden within seconds or minutes, depending on the
temperature of the Monoplug Rapid Water Stop and the water and the amount

RIW LAC

RIW LAC is a two coat, cold applied bitumen damp proofing membrane, which dries to a uniform gloss black finish. It is typically used as a tanking membrane in accordance with BS8102:2009, a damp proof membrane to ground floors and as a vapour barrier behind cladding and plaster. RIW LAC can also be used as an effective barrier to Radon Gas.

RIW Double Drain

RIW Double Drain is a cold applied, impermeable, high density polyethylene profiled sheet incorporating a permeable geotextile filter fabric. It is designed to prevent ground water reaching a structure and to enhance the performance of the waterproof membranes. Double Drain can be used in conjunction with a primary waterproofing system or on its own to isolate the structure from the surrounding soil and relieve hydrostatic pressure, by promoting the flow of ground water away from the face of the structure to land drainage. The Double Drain system can also be used to provide excellent protection to a primary waterproofing system, against backfilling and mechanical damage.
