Ronacrete

Ronabond Flowable Micro Concrete is a repair concrete used in place of hand applied mortars to repair and replace sections of concrete. Designed for pour and pump application the material is poured in to shuttering to reform concrete profiles. It is shrinkage compensated and provides high early and ultimate strengths. Flow is affected by temperature.

Ronabond Security Coating is a prepacked fairing coat mortar which is applied
as a skim coat in thicknesses up to 3mm to provide a smooth, hard finish to
damaged, blemished and repaired concrete surfaces. Ronabond Security
Coating is used as a levelling mortar prior to the application of protective
coatings and paints. It can also be used to give a “harder than plaster” finish to
walls in, for example, prisons and detention centres. The material is supplied
in preblended form which can be mixed by hand or machine in small lots.
Application is by trowel or brush. The surface should be sponge or tight
trowelled for a smooth finish before dry. It is recommended that for aesthetics
reasons only Ronabond Security Coating is covered with a protective and/or
decorative coating such as Ronabond Joltec or Ronabond Zolpacryl.

Ronabond Nigatex is a matt finish water based paint for internal and
external decoration and protective maintenance. It can be applied to
suitably prepared building surfaces including concrete and render. It
has high opacity, is quick drying for same day recoating and is easy to
use. It is water based with low odour and is non-flammable.

Description
Ronabond Joltec Transparent Primer is a clear, single component primer for
concrete, masonry and tiles.
Limitations
Do not apply to soffits, below dpc level or to damp substrates. Avoid application
in strong direct sunlight or strong dry winds. Apply at air and substrate
temperatures between 5oC and 35oC.
Preparation
Prepare the substrate by suitable means (e.g. grit blasting, high pressure water
jetting, scraping, chemical removal) to provide a sound, clean and stable
surface; surfaces must be dry. Treat surfaces with Ronacrete Fongimousse Plus as
necessary to eliminate surface contamination, moss, algae, fungal growth, etc
Application
Apply by brush or medium pile roller. More than one coat may be required on
porous substrates. Minimum overcoat time is 6 hours. If the primer remains
uncoated for 72 hours, it must be solvent washed and re-primed.

Ronabond Joltec Smooth is a façade coating formulated on an acrylic
resin with a water base. It is used as a protective and decorative coating
for new and refurbishment work and can be applied to most traditional
building surfaces including concrete, repair mortar, render and masonry
after suitable preparation.

Ronabond concrete Cover 150 is an enhancement barrier and coating
system for concrete. A 4mm layer creates an Equivalent Concrete
Thickness of 150mm to protect reinforcing steel and extend the life
of reinforced concrete.
