RonaFloor SL is a self-smoothing seamless epoxy resin flooring system. It combines good wear resistant properties with high chemical resistance and a smooth easy to clean gloss finish. Ronadeck SL floors are used in areas subject to foot and vehicle traffic in medium to heavy duty areas where decoration, durability and cleanliness are key requirements.
RonaFloor Repair 1 Hour is a range of mortars and fine concretes designed for
rapid strength gain and low temperature use. Within one hour of mixing
(depending on temperature) the material will have gained sufficient strength
to take foot and vehicle traffic including cars, lorries, fork trucks and other
machinery.
The speed of RonaFloor Repair 1 Hour makes it ideal for use on roads,
motorways, slipways and ramps, tidal areas, airports and stations, in factories,
warehouses and goods depots and in all other areas where speed and rapid
strength gain is of paramount importance. After just one hour of mixing a
surface repaired with RonaFloor Repair 1 Hour or a component bedded on
RonaFloor Repair 1 Hour can be opened to foot and vehicle traffic.
As well as achieving rapid strength RonaFloor Repair 1 Hour also works at low
temperatures when conventional mortars cannot be used.
Ronadeck PU Coating is a clear polyurethane sealer for use on floor and wall surfaces suitable on internal and external concrete, masonry and
other substrates. Two grades are available.
RonaFloor HB 100 and HB 200 are solvent free high build epoxy floor coatings for use on concrete, screeded and granolithic floors. They provide excellent abrasion and chemical resistance to floors subject to constant traffic. Two coats of Ronadeck HB 100 or HB 200 also provide an easy to clean gloss finish. Cured dry film thickness is between 0.1mm and 0.4mm depending on grade,
application rate and number of coats.
Ronadeck Epoxy Floor Mortar Standard and Rapid are high performance epoxy
resin mortars for repairing existing floors and providing new wearing surfaces in light and heavy traffic areas. Its formulation allows thin section application
down to 2mm and feather edge.
RonaFloor Epoxy DPM is a two pack, solvent free, liquid applied
surface damp proof membrane designed to reduce the passage of
water vapour. It allows epoxy resins to be placed onto concrete
even when the Relative Humidity (RH) of the concrete is high—up to
97%.
Ronafloor concrete dustproofer is a liquid surface hardener and dustproofer for new and old concrete. The chemicals in Monotect react with the free lime in the concrete substrates and convert the particles to hard, stable crystals. These crystals are bonded to, and become an integral part of the concrete
RonaBond Easy Skim FC is a prepacked polymer modified mortar which is applied as a skim coat in thicknesses up to 3mm to provide a smooth, hard finish to damaged, blemished and repaired concrete surfaces.
RonaBond Easy Skim FC is also used as a levelling mortar prior to the application of protective coatings and paints. It can also be used to give a harder than plaster finish to walls.
