Rapid drying industrial topping/wearing surface. Base mix and topping system available. Produces durable wearing surfaces in commercial and industrial areas. This versatile annd user friendly system can be installed from 5mm to 50mm over existing concrete surfaces and can recieve a range of finishes including suitable resin coatings, tiles and natural stone. The addition of ARDEX E25 Mortar Admix to ARDEX sub-floor smoothing compounds is recommended: where high abrasion or point load resistance is required; where used as a temporary wearing surface; where a floor paint or paint thickness coating is to be subsequently applied as a finish (check compatibility, suitability, and carry out a trial application before proceeding) or where the floor has underfloor heating.

Rapid setting and rapid hardening cement for floor screeds. Walkable after three hours. High strength – 30 N/mm2 after 24 hours – 58 N/mm2 after 28 days. Apply as bonded, unbonded or floating screed. Ceramic floor tiles can be fixed after three hours on bonded screed. Can be pumped – up to 40 minutes workability. Ideal base for in situ floorings, resin toppings, etc., as a bonded screed. Dryshake/sprinkle finish to produce a wearing surface. For internal and external use.
